Editorial independence
Affiliate relationships may affect whether ReceptionistLab earns revenue from a click. They do not determine product inclusion, source interpretation, recommendation logic, or criticism.
Primary-source standard
Pricing, limits, feature availability and program terms should be verified against a provider’s official documentation whenever possible and dated when published.
Corrections
Material factual corrections should be made promptly and the “last updated” date changed. When a product changes pricing or features, the old claim should not remain simply because it once ranked well.
Conflict policy
Sponsored placements, if ever accepted, must be labeled and kept separate from editorial conclusions.
